In this project, which is part of the project ‘The Media Portrayal of Majority and Minority Groups’, we examine three aspects of LGBTQ+ news representation: 1) the visibility of different LGBTQ+ sub-communities and 2) intersectional identities, and 3) how the concerns of LGBTQ+ people are presented and by whom.
